The European Association for Personnel Management (EAPM), the first and only award program recognized and supported by the EAPM, with a vision to "lead the way to a better working life now and in the future," has been operating for 53 years with the aim of promoting human-oriented practices that set an example for businesses. The Human Value Awards, organized to recognize these practices, have been awarded for the 16th time.

As a result of more than 100 hours of evaluation meetings conducted by 55 jury members in categories such as "Leadership in Human Value, Employer Branding for Talent Acquisition, Loyalty, Cultural Transformation Management, Leadership in Digital Transformation, Diversity and Inclusion Management, Supporting Quality of Life Practices, Creating Value in the Future of Work, Learning Organization and Learning Agility," a total of 8 categories were awarded to institutions deemed worthy of the award. Among the institutions awarded, PERYÖN, the Turkish Human Resources Management Association, presented the "Human Value" Awards, and this year, Onurcan Ambalaj won the award in the "Employer Branding for Talent Acquisition Category - SME".
